DENY Final PlatThe geotechnical study submitted to Knox County Engineering and Public Works did not correspond to the plat. A revisied geotechnical study was received by Knox County on 10-13-2004 and was found to meet all requirements. The applicant now has an approvable plat and will be requesting a waiver of the nine (9) day rule and approval of the plat.
