A revisied geotechnical study was received by Knox County on 10-13-2004 and was found to meet all requirements. The applicant now has an approvable plat and will be requesting a waiver of the nine (9) day rule and approval of the plat.

In order to approve this plat MPC will have to waive the nine (9) deadline requirement.
