1. To reduce the required corner radius at Laurel Avenue and 22nd Street from 25 to 15'.
2. To reduce the required corner radius at Highland and 22nd Street from 25' to 15'.
3. To reduce the right of way width of Highland Avenue from 30' to 25' from the centerline to the property line.
4. To reduce the utility and drainage easement under the existing building along Twenty Second Street from 10' to 5'.
