1. Adherence to the operational guidelines specified in the July 26, 2002 memorandum from the applicant, including the following: a) the facility will provide wellness care for pets as well as treatment and diagnostics for sick animals; b) there will be no boarding of animals or housing sick animals outside overnight and c) the hours of operation will be limited to 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday.
2. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Health Department.
3. Installing all landscaping, as shown on the development plan, within six months of the issuance of occupancy permits for this project, or posting a bond with the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works to guarantee such installation.
4. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works.
5. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.
6. A revised site plan, reflecting the conditions of approval must be submitted to the MPC staff prior to issuance of any building permits for the project.
