APPROVE the concept plan subject to 8 conditions

1. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Health Department.
2. Provision of street names which are consistent with the Uniform Street Naming and Addressing System within Knox County (County Ord. 91-1-102).
4. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works.
5. A final plat application based on this concept plan will not be accepted for review by MPC until certification of design plan approval has been submitted to the MPC staff.
6. Conducting compaction testing in all fill areas associated with street construction per the requirements of the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works.
7. Prior to final plat approval certification by the applicant's engineer of 300' of sight distance in each direction at the driveway entrances to lots 7 & 8.
8. Obtaining an off-site grading easement for the purpose of road construction from the adjoining property owner as may be required by the Knox County Dept. of Engineering and Public Works.
