Porch elements; Roofing

- Replace roof with similar shingle; repair siding as necessary; replace wrought iron posts with column and rail system of 6"x6" columns, 1" square balusters on 2" centers set in top and bottom rails.

- Style: Bungalow with Neoclassical influence (c.1915)
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Jerkin--head gable roof with asphalt shingle covering, knee braces, rectangular attic vent window. One story full front porch altered with modern wrought iron porch columns. Double hung three over one windows. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
