    • Remove existing screen wire and solid rail from front porch; consider changing porch columns to turned columns; install vertical muntin in bottom sashes on three double hung wood windows on front elevation; replace five pairs of double hung windows with single wood double hung window 24x34 with two over two glass panes; install wood porch on right side of residence leading to street with 5/4x6 porch decking and porch handrail and roof according to attached sketch submitted 10/2/03; install handicapped access ramp of wood with wood railing. Partial Certificate issued 9/18/2003 provides that artificial siding on front and side elevations may be removed; existing wood double hung windows may be repaired; new front and side doors may be installed as half view doors with bottom panels; wood imbricated shingles may be installed on front gable with new wood louvered attic vent.

      • One story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and asphalt shingle covering. Double hung two over two windows. One story one bay front porch with replacement square wood supports and solid wood railing. Brick foundation Irregular plan. Projecting cutaway bay on front elevation. Rear shed roof addition.
