- Minor revisions to front porch of 1-A-25-IH. The zero-step entry will be replaced with an access ramp that uses part of the footprint of the previously approved walkway. The access ramp measures approximately 24' wide (on the walkway footprint) before curving at a landing and eventually terminating at another landing at the front porch in the place of the previously proposed zero-step entry. It will be made with pressure-treated wood decking and will feature a handrailing with balusters, in-kind to the railing on the front porch.
