Shed measures 20' wide by 10' deep with a engineered wood siding, a side gable roof, concrete foundation, and small porch, to be placed behind the house. Carport measures 14' wide by 24' deep, features a metal frame and roofing, and will be placed over the end of the existing driveway. Raised concrete patio measures 24' wide by 10' deep and will be placed behind the house, flush with its rear. Existing driveway will be partially paved.
