- Two story brick veneer office building with hip roof with parapet railing at top of roof line. Monumental two story front entrance with aluminum storefront at ground level and aluminum storefront access to front balcony; balcony and rail supported by Doric columns on large stone plinths. Beltcourses bellow first story windows and bewtween first and second stories. Concrete lintels. Three bay building with three windows on side bays flanking central entry. Rectangular plan.
