- Repair windows; install new storm windows or repair existing; repair gutters as necessary; replace siding in kind as necessary; repair front porch, including beadboard ceiling, porch decking and apron as necssary; rebuild corner of front porch foundation and tuckpoint chimneys using Preservation Brief No. 2; repair rear porch in kind; install new deck and steps at rear door to replace existing, not visible from front; repair footin and foundation rear of nook and apartment kitchen; install new rear door in existing locations, not visible from front.

- Style: Queen Anne (c.1895)
  - One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables with louvered attic vent, asphalt shingle covering. One story wrap around front and side porch with wood columns, Doric capitals. One over one double hung windows. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Paneled sidelights and transoms at front entry.
