    • Install new Pella one over one double pane windows with wood inside and vinyl cladding on exterior.  Replaces two over one double hung windows that were present on building.  Remove previously installed cladding around windows.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage with Bungalow influence (c.1890)
      • One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering.   Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering and gabled attic dormers.  Two over one and two over two double hung windows.  One story full front porch with square wood columns.  Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation.  Irregular plan.  Projecting bays on east and west elevations.
