APPROVE.  Proposed workacknowledges that demolition of the storefront may uncover historic materials, which will be preserved, and the questions raised by the Historic Zoning Commission on October 17, 2002, and is consistent with design guidelines.

      • Four story brick building with engaged Tuscan columns punctuating bays, pressed metal cornice with modilions, chamfered corner with quoins, altered c. 1955 storefront.
