Masonry repair/painting

- Chimney repair, replacing deteriorated brick above roofline with brick that matches the old in size and color as much as possible, with corbelling at top with chimney pots.

- Style: Queen Anne (c.1910)
  - Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, attic window and partial cornice returns on front elevation. One over one double hung windows. One story full front porch with square wood columns, turned wood balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation.
