- Install new front porch on non-contributing structure; porch to be 6'x18' (size of existing concrete slab) with sloped shed roof with metal roof covering; 4"x4" posts boxed with 1"x6" boards. Repair rear porch. Building is non-contributing in the 4th & Gill H-1.

- Style: No Style (c.1910; modifications c. 1970)
  - Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, sawn wood octagonal attic vent. Replacement vertical two over to windows. No porch. No chimneys. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
