    • Reinforce foundation with interior concrete block (brick foundation visible on exterior); install new front porch floor joists and tongue and groove pine flooring; install base for existing columns; install beadboard ceiling; rebuild brick porch foundation; install back porch floor joists and replace wood flooring and beadboard on ceiling; replace trim in kind; repair wood siding as necessary, installing new matching siding on west and rear; reinstall original leaded window that is now stored in basement to replace added casement window; reopen front shed roofed balcony, installing original fluted columns and railing of 2"x2" balusters on 4-5" centers. Install new cellar door on rear.

    • Style: Bungalow with Neoclassical influence. (c.1900)
      • Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering on first floor and wood shingles on second. Steeply pitched side gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and exposed rafters, shed roof on sleeping porch and dormer on front façade with square wood fluted columns with Doric capitals and sawn wood balustrade. Four over one and one over one double hung wood windows. One story three bay full front porch with square wood fluted posts with Doric capitals on weatherboard balustrade. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Leaded, divided light transom and sidelights and original full light front door.
