- Commission recommendation: Modify size of sign to meet design guidelines 3'x4' - handing 8-1/2 to 10' above sidewalk.

- Style: Vernacular Commercial (1905)
  - McBee Trading Company Building. Two story brick building with elaborate corbelling, limestone sills, lintels and cornice and altered storefront with original prism glass transom.
