Good evening. My name is Rina S., and I am the owner of the Scottish Inns property. I would like to express my concerns regarding the cumulative traffic impact in this area. Currently, traffic is generated by several existing and recently approved uses, including the Scottish Inns, the Jeep dealership, and the new Wagle Truck Stop. With the addition of the proposed storage facility, traffic volumes are expected to increase even further. While I am aware that a new traffic signal is planned, I remain concerned that it may not be sufficient to address congestion, safety, and access issues created by the combined traffic from these developments. These impacts affect not only my business but also overall traffic flow and public safety in the area. I respectfully request that the zoning commission carefully evaluate the total traffic impact and ensure that appropriate traffic studies and mitigation measures are in place before approving additional development.
