In my opinion we need more locally owned and operated shops here in knoxville who do good business with the community and help the little guy I would rather car conexxion expand than for another set of apartments spring up please help us help the little guys.

This is a great buisness that is great price espically intodays times. There are not alot of machanics in the area that are trustwortly. They add to this community and would onlly add more vaule and help to this south knox community.

I live directly across Abner Cruze Rd. from the property requesting the rezoning. The property owner has never spoken with me or my wife about the rezoning. While the address is given as W. John Sevier Hwy. the property also connects to Abner Cruze Rd. a narrow county street of almost all single-family homes. I feel that any more than two units on this property would add additional traffic to the street that it would be hard pressed to accommodate. My wife and I have lived here for over 30 years and have enjoyed South Knoxville and our neighbors. While I don't like to tell anyone what they should do with their property I don't wish to see the neighborhood diminished but rather to have it improved for the betterment of all.
