We moved from the city to have a little buffer between us and neighbors. Whats the reason to build so many houses on such a small piece of land? People move to the county to have some privacy and some land to tend to. If someone wants a house on a 1/4 acre, they might as well buy one in the city. The house that burned on that lot could be rebuilt or replaced. They are building houses like crazy all over Knoxville. 500 across the road in Strawberry Hills. This will decrease my homes value as it appeals to many buyers as acreage. Do we really need to utilize every inch of land to bring more people here? Our roads are past full already! Would look better to leave this parcel agricultural and only one home. Thank you for your consideration.
