Integrated, walkable, open-air projects blending residential, commercial, cultural, and institutional uses to create vibrant community hubs is exactly what this area needs in the addition to much needed housing opportunities. This will also bring much needed consistent tax revenue and employment opportunities to an area that is in desperate need of them.
