As it sits, the site is private property and there is no walk way through this site. The Shriners own it, it's private property, and is closed off from the community. THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL CHANGE THAT! The developer is proposing more sidewalks, activated street corners, the return of the JFG sign, and a walk way through the site. SWAG members obsession with this property is concerning, and their efforts could cost Knoxville millions in tax dollars. PLEASE APPROVE!
