Gerald Green, director of the Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC), will speak on land use planning and regulation at a community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, 2931 Kingston Pike.
 
Green will speak for 30 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of Q&A. The meeting is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Knoxville/Knox County.
