Double Fee Elimination for Concept Subdivision Plans and Use on Review Requests

In recent years, MPC staff have received a high volume of plans each month.

Development practices have also changed, requiring them to spend more time on reviewing applications. Because of these increased demands, and the fact that many applications are incomplete when submitted, staff are often unable to review plans with enough time for applicants to address their concerns. Only allowing these applications up to the standard deadline will allow time for a thorough review of all projects and provide enough time for adequate communication between staff and applicants.
