Staff Appreciation

Twice a year, we recognize employees for going above and beyond their regular responsibilities.

Several staff members were acknowledged at the most recent round of awards – help us thank them for their hard work!

Josh Anderson, Tim Kuhn, Nick Schoenborn, Jo Ella Washburn, and Alex Zendel were recognized for taking the lead on our office move while still performing their regular duties. If you’ve visited our office lately, you’ve seen the construction zone and temporary, shared workspaces.

This group took on the extra workload of moving everyone out of their old offices and into temporary spaces.

They took down cubicle walls, organized furniture and other items to donate, found new homes for shared office items, cleaned out rooms and spaces that weren’t their own, relocated equipment, took items to surplus, made sure that everyone else was resituated as seamlessly as possible, and still kept up with their daily projects!

Emily Dills was also recognized for exemplary performance.

Emily is responsible for administrative and final subdivision plat reviews, and she has established a reputation for outstanding customer service in her 15 years here.

Not only does she go the extra mile to help customers navigate the platting process, she also takes on and keeps up with a sometimes overwhelming monthly caseload.

We are grateful to be surrounded by such hard-working colleagues who help the agency run smoothly!
