New Ways to Participate!

Planning staff has updated the speaking request process that allows community members to participate in monthly Planning Commission meetings. Previously, individuals could request to speak at a meeting by calling or emailing Commissioners or staff. Due to the frequency and volume of emails being received monthly, an online form was created to provide an additional way to sign up to speak and to make the process easier. Individuals can now fill out the online form to participate in the monthly Planning Commission Meeting.

Community members can now also contact staff and submit comments directly to the Planning Commission using online forms.
