Our agency provides many tools to help make our work more accessible, one of which is the case mapping viewer for Planning cases. This interactive map allows you to review properties on KGIS, the Knoxville-Knox County Geographic Information System.

A similar case mapping viewer is now available for Design Review, Infill Housing, and Historic Zoning cases. Each case file includes a link to review the property within KGIS, where you can toggle several data layers, including parcel information, zoning, district maps, and more.

The interactive maps show all cases on upcoming meeting agendas, as well as historic information. In addition to being linked from individual cases, all case mapping viewers can be accessed through the Tools page of our website.
