A subdivision of any size on Nickle rd., a tiny country rd would be atrocious. This road barely handles the traffic it has now. The traffic would create a traffic nightmare with trying to get out on pleasant ridge or western Ave. Also, think about how taxing that would be on a small elementary school that is already way over do for upgrades, and at capacity. The school could not handle what a subdivision that size would bring. Please consider those families that have lived in this area for 30+ years.
