We do not need apartments where you are seeking to put them. We need more farmland to continue, if you want to invest maybe try investing in something that truly helps the community. If you want more apartments, build in Sevier county or closer to them. Maybe even Morristown. They've already sold their souls for folks like you who only see dollar signs. Heck why not join in with the Buckee development and put your money to better use. Thank you for offering to buy land to clear and sell to highest bidder but we don't need that type of stuff here.
