Rezoning of this particular plot makes no sense. The traffic that goes through this intersection on a daily basis is terrible. Trying to turn left off of Sanders onto Dutchtown can be horrendous during busy mornings and afternoons. Also, has there been a flood risk assessment done on this property in the last 25 years? There has been flooding that has occurred in this area in 2019 and 2020. We do not need any more house on this road. Thank you for your consideration.
