We are very opposed to the 5 units per acre density that is planned. The traffic in this area is so bad already. The roads are so narrow with no shoulders. Northshore is a very dangerous and congested road already. The infrastructure of the area does not support this ever increasing building. Schools are not prepared for the influx of students this would bring. Please bring the density down to no more than one unit per acre. Stop feeding into the greed of builders. Please make roads better
Why are we going through this again? This is the same issues and concerns from Choto development proposals. Is this community going to have to deal with a moving target every few months? I vehemently opposed high density developments in our community.
