I don’t think we need a third storage facility within a few miles of each other. This new faculty would be across the street from an exciting facility.

This request needs to be denied and the land remains residential /rural!! There is a huge new storage facility within a few miles near the West Town Mall, in addition to another just a block down on the corner of Middlebrook and Cedar Bluff!! The requested use is not compatible with the character of the neighborhood where it is proposed. The lay of the land is rolling uphill which makes it impossible to not be an eyesore!! The storage units would be rising higher and higher up the hill as you drive by with no viable solution to remedy with fencing, shrubs, or trees. Right now there is a housing shortage and it makes more sense to build residential homes. For once, you should listen to what your residents who live in the area want and not what will bring in the most tax dollars. This is a residential neighborhood. Leave it that way!!

We do not need additional storage facilities. We already have this available in the all directions of this site. This will add to an already overwhelmed traffic situation. It will not in any way add to the value of the property owners but will impact them negatively. Development is welcome when it add to the area in a positive way. This will not do that

PLEASE do not allow this storage facility to be built in this neighborhood vicinity. We have had so many problems and trouble already in our neighborhoods and this would add to the demise. We already have a storage facility across and down the trees from there which devaluations our properties and additional traffic, vagrancy and an eyesore for the neighborhood.
I appreciate your attention to this matter that will affect many citizens/voters.
I would like to voice my opinion against the building of such a storage facility at this location on Middlebrook Pike as there are two such storage facilities within close proximity to the lot of the proposed additional unit. The first is less than a mile away, just across the street behind Bruster's Ice Cream (in the triangular island of business between Middlebrook Pike, Cedar Bluff Rd and Old Cedar Bluff Rd); the second sits 1-2 miles east of the empty lot, at the T-intersection formed by Middlebrook Pike and Joe Hinton Rd. An additional facility is superfluous and will add unnecessary traffic and crime risk to the area.

I am NOT in favor of another storage facility in this location. There are multiple other storage facilities within a couple miles in either direction. This is not the best use of this property.
