I utilize this area quite a bit and my family owns several homes in this area. I do not think this is a good use of this property. There are approximately 17 of these facilities within a 5 mile driving distance of this location. I called multiple of these properties and all had vacancies of every size they offered. We as a community definitely are seeing a need for more homes, this area is designated residential. Please do not change this zoning and allow this.
