I am writing to oppose the 3-SB-22-F variance for the following reasons:
1. There is no room to to move the utilities to the University Tower side of the alley as our building is against the property line. 2. No ability for us to add a utility easement due to location of our building. 3. There are existing utilities already in this easement without another place to locate them.
