The requested CA zoning is unlikely to be compatible with adjacent properties enjoyment of their property. The East Knox Community Plan has substantial discussion regarding this interchange, which encourages limits on future intense development.
Because the range of uses under CA is broad, rezoning is requested without information about the actual plans requires that we assume that the most incompatible CA use is planned. That creates concern for the impact on our neighborhood and the immediately adjacent neighbors. I am concern and skeptical.
