Has there been sufficient considerations and a water displacement study been conducted to ensure preventable water damage to property, wildlife or environment is documented with liable owned by the developer?

On several occasions, traffic on Strawberry Plains Pike is bumper-to-bumper. If property is re-zoned to accommodate multiple apartments, that will compound traffic patters throughout the community. Recommend a thorough traffic study to ensure negative traffic density is minimal for existing commuters.
