With this addition made to the Carter community neighborhoods there is an opportunity to connect hundreds of houses to the Paschal Carter Park and Carter Community pool via sidewalks. Having the ability for these hundreds of families to be able to walk to a park would be a great benefit to the community and I would strongly encourage making sure part of this proposal includes connecting the community park and pools to the rest of the neighborhoods with a sidewalk.
