Our water pressure is already low due to all the new houses on Ball Road so why are more dwellings being allowed built on this road? Getting out of our driveway is difficult enough now with so much traffic including heavy 18 wheelers using Ball Road as a cut through from Oak Ridge highway to Middlebrook Pike. My 80 year old husband can barely get the mail from the mailbox without getting run down by the speeding traffic on Ball Road. We do not agree on making Ball Road a small town in itself, no more residential zoning needed on this Ball Road, it is dangerous enough for us that already live here! Mr. & Mrs. Glenn M. Clabough, 6303 Ball Road, Knoxville, TN. 37931

There is no public sewer service in this area.

Traffic intersection at W Emory and Oak Ridge Highway is a high accident area.

I am speaking for the entire neighborhood when I say we are concerned about the access is going to be on Clayberry Dr.

Clayberry Dr. is a narrow 25ft. wide dead end road. The street is mostly elderly homeowners. We have about 13 children on the street and they use this street to play on. Per Staff they estimate over 500 cars per day on the street. Which is an enormous increase in traffic on this residential road.

We would like to see the access through one of the other Senior Housing properties located on Oak Ridge Hwy.
