Putting anymore subdivisions on Tipton station is the dumbest things this committee and our state governmental officials could come up with. Nothing has been updated in south Knoxville. Also having two schools zones so close to together already make it impossible to drive down Tipton station. It’s already crowded as can be on that road during the schools seasons. Not land needs to be rooted up and destroyed by ugly, cheap houses. Build somewhere else. Some people like myself would by land and homestead on it who actually would pride and honor in working the land. Also that land all back there floods heavily during any rain storm. You’re not able to actually build on it. Also the other properties back there would not appreciate another run of the mill subdivision right up to there property line. Nobody likes that. Build somewhere else. Another subdivision will only bring more druggies in south Knoxville. Enough people already live here. Leave this city alone with trying to build as many houses as possible. It’s ridiculous and stupid. Go up north and build your crap. This is the south, we don’t want cities and subdivision and drugs and sex trafficking down here. Build somewhere else.
