This subdivision does NOT have sewer as stated. Every lot has a septic system for one household per lot. Which means he has no plans on installing a new septic system for the additional Guest House/Garage that he wants to build on his lot, So will they be dumping directly into the lake, which is surrounded by TVA property? Two households connected to the same water and septic system? What he is requesting is against the residential zoning which were put in place for all of the developments protection.
