I support the changes to ADU requirements proposed by R. Bentley Marlowe. Making ADU’s easier as rental properties, unencumbered by an owner occupancy requirement, can be one tool to reduce Knoxville’s affordable housing crisis.
I oppose the Clayton development because I serve and care for children in that neighborhood as a mental health professional/family therapist. The addition of any new houses will overburden the infrastructure and not allow children to receive the resources they need.
