I've attached a photo of the current property under consideration. This is at the entrance of our neighborhood. What will happen to our sign? Surely no one would be approved to put something commercial on a tiny piece of property in front of a neighborhood? View Attachment

I have provided a link to the YouTube video showing the flooding that's occurring on my property since the new development of Neals Landing. If the parcel of land adjacent to my property is allowed to be developed it will become impervious to the rainfall in the future. This will cause even more overflow of water onto my property causing more erosion to my land, and possibly causing the water to rise further damaging my home. https://youtu.be/J19JUeVpaso

To whom it may concern. I’m contacting you about the proposed development of the property near my house. With all the development going on in Neals Landing it has caused lake effect flooding on my property. The water from this lake affect flooding has came within 20 feet of my home. If the property behind me is developed it will become impulsive to rainwater and it will cause even more flooding on my property. This is completely unacceptable, and I am hoping that the planning commission will make the right decision, and decline the proposal. Thank you, Wendell Chittum
