This new addition to the South Knoxville Community is nothing short of a disservice. Placing modular homes in a booming community is devaluing the assets that families have worked hard to invest in. Not only is this decision disrupting the value of the community, it is also imposing on the infrastructure. Families that have spent their lives building up this community are now faced with an unwanted and unneeded obstacle. This is a selfish decision being made by people who do not care about the integrity of this loved community.
