I am against rezoning the Lovelace property for multiple reasons. Just to briefly list a few I include.: 1) the land in this area a Tipton Station is already saturated with residential dwellings, and the infrastructure in Tipton Station is not adequate to adequately take care of the increased traffic that would occur as a result of the rezoning. 2) rezoning this property would result in increased school children to two school systems are already near saturation. 3) the areas around this property, Woodhaven subdivision and other homes in the area are already flooded with every heavy rain, and that will definitely worsen with the additional buildings and parking lots. 4) I think the EPA should be involved to look at the situation of the runoff water, and its effect on Stock Creek before decision is made on rezoning.
