There is no room to add a high density housing area. Northshore is over crowded as it is. Within the last few months traffic has increased and you can't get anywhere without a wait. Accidents and those roundabouts don't help. I thought Farragut wanted to keep more of the 'green' areas. Guess money trumps that. Please stop ruining the places we move to get away from crowds of people and let us enjoy trees and wildlife. Also the schools can't handle anymore and the infrastructure just isn't there for more cars and homes.

My opposition to this is: Access by narrow 2 lane roads with no shoulders . Lack of infrastructure to widen roads Loss of open space. Additional burden on public schools.
