The roads are overbuilt and cannot handle any more traffic and ours schools are overcrowded because of continuous high density developmen

I oppose the rezoning as Northshore is becoming ever more congested and dangerous. My car was totaled out there 3 years ago as I was trying to turn into my neighborhood. It’s most important to first consider widened roads, infrastructure, and schools when building new housing to determine what the community can safely handle.

Northshore is already too narrow, has too much traffic and is dangerous.

I am concerned about safety on the roads there are too many cars for this infrastructure. Unless the planning commission is ready to recommend significant investments in roads and schools -our current infrastructure cannot handle this.

We oppose this requested density of housing. If it becomes residential, it should be conditional on road improvements, utilities enhancement, and school population studies. And even then, at most 2-3 dwellings per acre. What is happening cannot be undone. Please think, and have good reasons for your decisions, besides greed.

OPPOSE THE REZONING. Development: it’s more than just building houses. Development has to include widened roads, schools, and infrastructure. This is a dangerous intersection as it is with both Harvey and Northshore being only 2 lanes with NO SHOULDERS!
