I strongly oppose this rezoning. The density on an already beleaguered Lonas Drive will have nothing but a negative impact. The infrastructure begs to be improved on a street where there is no easement and the lane striping on the outside is painted onto dirt in many places. There are already drainage issues in our neighborhood from over development. Storm drains over flow. Houses with basements near by are repeatedly flooded. This is not the answer to the housing situation.
