I am opposed to changing the zoning plan to higher density housing. The majority of residents in the surrounding neighborhoods donât want to change the character of the area. Please deny the application. The area already has more traffic than the roads can safely handle, and the strain on public services, fire, ambulance, water, sewer, schools etc. will greatly decrease the quality of life. Please deny the request.
