I have lived in this area for 35 years, and the traffic has built to such an extent that it is unsafe to drive in this area at almost any time. With no improvement to the roads (turn lanes/ filling in drop offs on the side of the road), accidents are much more common, and travel takes twice as long. There is little “green space” left anymore. What is the plan for the old farmhouse on the property? Will it be saved and restored or razed along with every tree in sight?
