I strongly oppose the rezoning of 1630 Harvey Rd in Lenoir city/ 1-E-24-RZ. Changing density from 3 to 5 homes per acre would provide excess traffic and dangerous conditions on the already stressed Northshore rd. Without new infastructure, such as new schools first, would be detrimental to our overcrowded schools.
