Please don’t allow the rezoning of this project. Our area is a bursting at the seams. The infrastructure needs to be fixed before anymore development should be approved. The safety of our citizens should be #1 priority and roads are overcrowded. We currently have several areas under construction and we haven’t even felt the affects of those developments and traffic is already awful!!! I dread when all these are complete. At some point you can’t give into these greedy developers and need to listen to your citzens that have had enough of the over building.
